We were presented with an 1880s Victorian townhouse on New York City’s Central Park West in need of some care. The owner challenged us to create spaces for living and for displaying his art collection on over 12,000 square feet on six levels. Materials and lighting were key in this design.
One of the major challenges was the curved staircase. Made of glass and steel, it is a great feat of design, precision and craftsmanship.
