A returning client of ours purchased her neighbor’s beloved farm - many beautiful acres of land, but with a very tiny house. To make this a usable space for visitors, we added on a simple living room space with bucolic views, loft above, and equipment storage below.

Thanks to our client, the land is still a working farm and nearby school athletic teams volunteer their time here to grow vegetables for the local food pantry.
