This estate property had a house that was tired and dated. Architects’ Guild, with owner and engineers, worked to re-imagine the home. Our vision involved aggressive changes to the exterior and interior details of the house, while keeping the existing footprint. With thoughtful planning, relocated walls and second floor additions, and with focus on a new entry, kitchen, bedrooms, master suites and baths - the home is now much more livable.
