This upper east side Park Avenue co-op underwent a major renovation including kitchen, baths, extensive custom millwork, lighting, finishes, etc.

We spent a great amount of time listening to what the client needed, while at the same time delivering drawings in order to stay within the narrow construction time frame allowed by the building review board. Decisions were made, and the design and construction exceeded everyone’s expectations. We loved using the TV-mirrors, and are especially fond of the gray and white marble tiles and slabs selected for this project.
